Agent Wielder, including its code, design, features, and branding, is owned by Ralph Theodori and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to prompts, sequences, and content you create using the Extension. We do not collect that content — except that if you write custom agent-phase instructions in the Agent Studio and turn on Cloud Sync, that text is synced to make your setup available across your devices (see Section 9 and our Privacy Policy) — and we make no claims to it.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Extension, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALPH THEODORI AND THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSION (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them. We may assign or transfer these Terms to a successor or affiliate.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use or export the Extension in violation of these laws.
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features at our discretion. Updates may be automatic or require manual action.
As beta software, support is provided on a best-effort basis. We may provide:
