TickleTouch is our own interaction framework. Call it a custom interaction driver: it sits between your input, touch, pointer or keys, and the interface, and decides how things feel when they meet.
It is the reason a Wielder control resists a little, settles when you let go, and reacts when you tickle it. Startle elements, Wielder OS and the Mac tools all speak it.
