These terms are a binding agreement between you and Ralph Theodori, Bergisch Gladbacher Str. 135–137, 51065 Köln, Germany, the developer of Agent Wielder ("the extension", "we", "us"). By installing or using Agent Wielder you accept them; if you do not, do not use the extension. Effective 3 February 2026, last updated 27 August 2026.
Open beta. Agent Wielder is in open beta: features may change, be added or removed, and you may meet bugs. Back up anything important.
Agent Wielder is a browser extension for AI workflow automation: multi-step prompt sequences, data multiplication with variables, the Magic Planner for complex workflows, hands-free runs with queue management, and a library to save and reuse prompts, sequences and templates. It runs on your device and works with third-party AI platforms through your browser.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live), able to enter into these terms, use a supported Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge and others), and follow the law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Agent Wielder for personal or commercial purposes under these terms. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it (except where the law allows), remove notices, use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense it, use it to break third parties' rights or terms, or use it to build a competing product.
The AI platforms you use with Agent Wielder (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney and others) collect and process your prompts, conversations and personal data under their own privacy policies and terms. You are responsible for reading and accepting them, keeping valid accounts, following their rules and acceptable-use policies, paying any costs they charge, and for the content you create with them. Their policies are linked in the privacy policy.
Agent Wielder is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney or any other AI platform. Your prompts go directly to those platforms, not through our servers, and we cannot see, delete or change what they store. Platforms can change their interfaces and terms at any time; we try to stay compatible but cannot guarantee it.
Use Agent Wielder responsibly: no harmful, illegal or abusive content, no spam, harassment or deception, and no circumventing a platform's rate limits or restrictions in breach of its terms. You are responsible for the prompts and sequences you create, for checking AI output before you rely on it, for respecting copyright and other rights, and for securing your device, your browser and your AI-platform credentials.
Agent Wielder, its code, design, features and branding belong to Ralph Theodori. You keep all rights to the prompts, sequences and content you create; we do not collect them, except custom agent-phase text you write in the Agent Studio and choose to sync with Cloud Sync. Feedback you send may be used to improve the extension without obligation.
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. In short: your prompts and content stay on your device by default; an account or subscription processes only the limited data listed there, and you can delete it at any time.
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations (those whose fulfilment makes proper use possible at all and on which you may rely), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of software. Where you use Agent Wielder free of charge, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence (§ 521 BGB). We are not responsible for the content AI platforms generate, how they respond to your prompts, or their errors, outages and changes. Statutory rights for defects in paid features are not affected.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may discontinue the extension or the beta, or end someone's use for breaching these terms, illegal or harmful use, or abuse of the extension or AI platforms. Your local data stays on your device until you delete it; a paid subscription is handled as described at checkout.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the extension, on this page and in the Chrome Web Store listing, with a new date. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the extension.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. Before a legal claim, please write to support@wielder.de so we can try to settle it. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
If a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement about the extension. Not enforcing a right is no waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them to a successor. Follow applicable export laws. Updates and fixes are released at our discretion; support is best effort, by email at support@wielder.de.
