Prolifica (listed on this site as Prompt Wielder) is a Chrome extension for prompt automation: sequences, variables, the Magic Planner and a library of reusable prompts. It is developed and operated by Ralph Theodori, Bergisch Gladbacher Str. 135–137, 51065 Köln, Germany, who is the controller under the GDPR. Privacy questions and data requests: support@wielder.de. Effective 16 May 2026, last updated 18 October 2026.
These commitments are specific on purpose, so you can hold us to them. If the product changes, this page changes first, with a new date.
- We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
- We do not run analytics, telemetry, advertising tracking, profiling or credit scoring.
- We do not collect or store device or browser fingerprints.
- We do not send your prompt library or AI conversations to any Prolifica or Wielder backend.
- We do not sell token packs or credit top-ups: a paid feature is shown as plan access before checkout, never as hidden per-run spending.
Prompts, sequences, templates, word lists, settings and local usage statistics are stored in Chrome's extension storage on your device. Prolifica works with AI platforms through browser actions, the way you would by hand. You can delete local data in the extension, through Chrome's storage controls, or by uninstalling the extension. Back up important prompts: clearing browser storage deletes them.
Personal data is processed only if you choose an account, a subscription or cloud sync, and then only what is needed:
- Account and sign-in: your email address, account identifier and sign-in session, kept with Supabase (our account and sync infrastructure), to provide your account, recovery and licensing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Subscription: subscription status and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, to grant paid access and protect licence integrity. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Cloud sync (off by default): the configuration you choose to sync, kept with Supabase so it is available on your other devices. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you withdraw by turning sync off.
- Support: messages you send us, to answer them and to handle security or abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Billing records: kept for the legally required accounting period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Our processors are Supabase (accounts, licensing, sync) and Stripe (payments and billing), plus the email and hosting providers we use for support and this website. Transfers outside the EU rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Local data stays on your device until you delete it. Account and synced data are kept while your account is active and deleted after you close the account or ask us to erase it: from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
When you send prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Microsoft Copilot, Poe or similar services, those services process your prompts and their outputs under their own privacy policies and terms. That flow is separate from Prolifica, and you should review each platform's terms before automating on it:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT): privacy, terms
- Anthropic (Claude): privacy, terms
- Google (Gemini): privacy, terms
- Midjourney: privacy, terms
- Microsoft (Copilot): privacy
- Poe: privacy, terms
The permissions are functional, not tracking permissions. Storage saves your local library. Tabs, active tab and scripting let the extension work with the AI platform tab you are using, the way you would manually. Prolifica runs only on the supported AI platforms, not on all sites.
Prolifica is not directed at children under 13 and should not be used by anyone who is not allowed to use the connected AI platforms.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw your cloud-sync consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also edit, export and delete most local data in the extension and disable sync yourself. Write to support@wielder.de; we answer within a month. You can complain to a supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work; for us, that is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
Prolifica does not sell personal information (also under the California CCPA), and makes no automated decisions about you.
We post updates here with a new date before they take effect, and announce material changes in the extension.
