Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Ralph Theodori, Bergisch Gladbacher Str. 135–137, 51065 Köln, Germany, who develops and operates Prolifica (listed on this site as Prompt Wielder). By installing or using Prolifica you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. Effective 16 May 2026, last updated 18 October 2026.

The service

Prolifica provides AI workflow automation for supported Chromium-based browsers: prompt sequences, variable multiplication, Magic Planner workflows, hands-free queue management, and libraries of reusable prompts, templates, sequences and word lists. It is open beta software: it may change, contain bugs or behave unexpectedly, so back up important local data.

Licence and acceptable use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Prolifica for personal or commercial purposes under these terms. You must have the legal capacity to accept them and be allowed to use the browser, the extension and the AI platforms you connect. Do not use Prolifica for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or spam-like activity, or to break the rules of an AI platform. You are responsible for the prompts you run and the content you create and use.

Third-party AI platforms

Prolifica is independent from and not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, Microsoft, Poe or any other AI platform. You are responsible for your accounts with them, their costs, their policies and their terms. We do not control those platforms, their data practices, their outages or their interface changes; we work to stay compatible but cannot guarantee it.

Your content and our software

Prolifica remains the intellectual property of its developer. You keep the rights in your own prompts and content, subject to the law and the platforms' terms. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Where a paid plan is offered, its price and conditions are shown before you buy, and billing is handled by Stripe. We never sell token packs or credit top-ups. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including withdrawal rights where they apply, are not affected.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of software. Where you use Prolifica free of charge, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence (§ 521 BGB). Statutory rights for defects in paid features are not affected.

Ending use and changes

You can stop at any time by uninstalling Prolifica. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms, unlawful activity or abuse. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the extension or on this page, with a new date.

Law and disputes

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; if you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live stay in force. Before a legal claim, please write to support@wielder.de so we can try to settle it. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board. If one provision is invalid, the rest stays in force.
